The customer informed me that his solar array wasn't generating as much electricity as it should be, and he wasn't sure why.

This was only a visual assessment of his solar panels, but the damage was obvious. The panels also needed cleaned. The photographs taken were used to file a claim with insurance. The cause of this damage was a 2024 hurricane that went through Georgia.
